自认为一向不是体力很好的人，铁人山这次7000ft的上升，也是对我自己的一个挑战。
所幸大家出发得很早。而且上升过程中坚持做到了前队等后队，30min一次短休息（
1min
左右），一个小时一次长休息（5min左右）
在最后3个bumps的陡上路段，相应的缩短了短休息的间隔，拉长了长休息的时间（
10min
左右）
这些经验都是值得提倡的，也正是如此，我们全部9人在相对比较短的时间内都顺利登顶
也没人明显的脱力。大家状况都很好。
我在最后2mi走得较慢，从本来自告奋勇的压队，变成了真正意义的金牌拖后腿。
非常感谢老狼一直在后面陪我走。
因为trial爬的人太少，只有下面一段的剑麻得到了修剪，而差不多2/3路上的剑麻
给我们带来了一些麻烦。有的地方两丛紧紧的长在一起，几乎把路完全封住。
我一开始也没意识到这些东西有如此锋利，直到腿上被扎出 |

我觉得你需要好好学习PS，即使用你们nikon自己的raw 软件或者lightroom，现在也能
有效的进行区域控制。调片子不分区调是不太可能的 |

in the area is good too.
Royal crest looks good outside but the service and review is really bad. The

发帖数: 1855 | 50 espn classic刚刚放98年final game 6。直播时的印象早就淡了。这次错过了前三节，
只看了第四节。几个感想：
1）pippen明显跳不起来了。好像是膝盖伤，懒得google，不能确定。第四节防守还成
，进攻基本打酱油。
2）malone总是在左侧肋部背身要位，但是成功率很低。基本每次公牛都果断夹击，几
次是三人围上去。malone的出球
比较慢，极少能够打成shaq那种inside out。也许这是malone不如shaq的地方。malone
的面筐超强，中投非常稳定，但
是被筐不够顶级。就连kukoc放手都挤不住对方，被kukoc饶前断球。冲这点，malone不
如td。
3）第四节，几乎没有一次stockton跟malone的pr。不明白为什么sloan在这么关键的时
刻放弃拿手戬。也许公牛对此太
熟悉了，前几场def非常有效，导致sloan决定放弃。
4）犹他感觉真实实力更高。malone跟stockton两个点都是靠得住。公牛那边，pippen
受伤，基本就是一个点。
