It is pretty fast. I am also in NSC and just sent out I-140 with PP and wish
I can get some news earlier for china visit this OCT.
Why did you wait 20 days before submitting your 485? waiting for health
check? Birth certificate? Or simply you have to wait for the hard copy of I-
140 approval notice before you can file I-485?

It took us approx. 1 week to make appointment and get the medical
examination completed. And then the lawyer spent approx.2 weeks to submit
the package...

出生公证：无照片，两页，本来是用于第三国的出生公证，还认证了的，但认证是第三
国大使馆印章，所以认证页没有复印，没有递交。
