了她不停生病的日子。送出去一天就生一个星期的病，最严重的时候还传染全家，没有
办法，只好让老三回家呆着。好在运气不错，朋友介绍了babysitter, 我终于在三月份
的最后一个星期游了三次，值得撒花庆祝！:-) 今天学flip & turn, 上完课自己游了2
个50Y, 哈哈，尽管断了这么长时间，现在终于每次能比较自如的连续游个50码，也算
小有进步。flip & turn 还需要多加练习，还没有找到感觉。
希望以后能坚持一个星期三次的训练，先保证训练量的前提下，再琢磨怎么有效的提高
Endurance, Form and Speed。下一步打算follow beginner's swim workout for 800Y
, 看看有没有比我自己傻游更能提高点 :-)

有AMEX newegg 25 off 200就更要好好利用了，可以用AMEX 卡买200（2x25，1x50，
1x100）GC，几天后NEWEGG会给你EMAIL 4x5 promotional GC，不过你要总共付2.99的
邮费，最后你可以拿到220的GC（200GC+20promotional GC），而最后你花的钱是202.
99-25=177.99.
当然象我这样的早用AMEX 买了200GC的，就直接用这个200GC买新的GC来滚就行，效果
一样。
记住： newegg gc不会过期，但是这个另外给的promotional gc是1年有效期。 |
