了解这一年已经逆天的涨价，20w连400ft的condo也买不到了。去年10月份20万的房子
现在一跃到了27万了
请各位大神给点建议：
1.20万美元，出租收益和目前升值潜力（或者说还没有暴涨）比较高的，小一点没关系
？或者可能的区域在哪里有？
2.目前家里收入折合美元大概200kUSD不到一点，国内现在一线城市太贵直接买不起，
LZ家乡城市房价已经出现停滞，租金寥寥无几。想接下来慢慢购置一些房产适当保值，
美国太贵的也买不起，20万以下一套应该算比较合适的价位。大神有什么建议？

如果是前者需要找7个亲戚，没人帮忙换9000USD。
然后随便找一家银行，例如中银或者建行把钱直接汇到美国银行例如BOA账户里。其实那
个银行都一样，民生也行。
你这么大的数量，手续费有上限的。
另外好像可以买什么旅游什么票，不知道手续费相比怎么样。
我收过200KUSD,也收过2000USD，都没遇到问题。 |
