10月1日，美国芝加哥农产品期价全线暴跌，玉米市场创下今年4月以来最大单日跌幅，
小麦市场当周5个交易日持续下行，大豆市场创下8月份以来最大单周下跌。
资本市场上的利空，或许是现实世界的利好。业内人士分析，6月份以来的国际粮价暴
涨可能已告一段落，进入调整，世界再次渡过了一轮粮价上涨的威胁。
而在过去的4个月里，拥有13亿人口的中国，主粮供应充足，价格平稳。继2008年世界
粮食危机期间成功实现“世界粮荒、中国不慌”之后，中国再次续写了奇迹。
“中国式从容”回答“谁来养活中国”
今年6月—10月，我国零售市场主要粮食品种价格保持稳中略涨态势。
而这期间，国际粮食市场波动剧烈。由于俄罗斯8月5日宣布停止小麦出口，芝加哥期货
交易所9月交割软红冬小麦涨停，触及23个月来最高位，比6月份上涨80%。次日，欧洲
小麦价格也上涨12%。受此拉动，国际玉米、大米等粮食品种价格随后均迎来一轮涨势。

你是否记得一支台湾电视外景队，9月19日在印度德里的贾玛清真寺前遭枪手扫射，导
致两人受伤的新闻？由于印度是「超级细菌」的起源地，台湾的卫生署4日举行记者会
宣布，台湾首次检验出NDM-1抗药性细菌，也就是俗称的「超级细菌」，遭到感染的就
是在印度被枪击住院的两位摄影师其中的一位，台湾已经把这个讯息通报世界卫生组织。
台湾官方在紧急记者会上指出，这位摄影师是在当地医院治疗腹部枪伤的时候，肠道遭
到感染，回到台湾后住进单人病房，为他治疗的医护人员都曾经採取隔离防护措施，因
此目前病菌并没有逸出这位摄影师的肠道以外，摄影师就跟健康人一样，只是带原。未
来这位摄影师将接受台湾防疫单位几个礼拜的追踪检查，卫生署表示，万一感染扩大，
医院也已经备妥了药物，这是可以治疗的。
据中央社报导，世界卫生组织（WHO）新闻发言人柴伊布针对台湾发现超级细菌第一个
感染桉例表示，她相信台湾的医生及医疗单位能够妥善处理，她也建议各国医院实施感
染控制措施，限制细菌的传播，同时要求各国更谨慎使用抗生素，以减少抗药性细菌的
