11月14日，东欧国家摩尔多瓦和保加利亚在当日完成总统大选。摩尔多瓦总统当选人伊
戈尔·多东（Igor Dodon）和保加利亚总统当选人和鲁门·雷德夫（Rumen Radev）都
被外界视为亲俄派政治家。自从乌克兰危机之后，俄欧关系急转直下，而东欧成为俄罗
斯和欧盟竞相争夺的地盘。此次两国国民公投选举出亲俄领导人，有理由相信这是两国
