先说不好的：
价格便宜的20170, 但267北靠近parkway的不要， 很多劳模
20191，劳模老黑聚集地
20190，wiehle ave 以东有很多subsidized housing，老黑多
便宜又相对好的，
20170, worldgate
20171, foxmill, mc&&&忘了
20190,reston pkwy 西边
20191, hunter woods 好像还可以

下面先列一些算是比较硬性的要求：
地点：离Reston（11950 Democracy Drive Suite 600. Reston, VA 20190）比较近，
20分钟以内的车程。Reston, Herdon和Fairfax是我比较看好的地方~
时间：June 1st起租最好，实在不行六月中间起租也可以，最迟七月初。
租金：希望加上utility控制在700以内。
然后还有些其他的期望，满足最好，不满足可以再商量 :)
1. 干净，最好是木地板，房子比较新；
2. 有车库可以免费停车最好，如果没有的话，这个停车费不要太高。。；
3. 能有带community amenities最好，最好有个游泳池啊啊啊啊（这算是个奢望么。。
。我看
craigslist上面出租的房子经常有，看的我特别心动啊。。）
4. 厨房大一点儿；
5. 要是能允许我养只小猫就更好了。。这条严重可议嗯。。

部有些和SUBSIDIZED的APARTMENT混一起的要注意。但是要当心20170和20191的某些地
段，老墨多。HERNDON的20170的WORLDGATE算在边缘上了。
FAIRFAX整体不错，FAIRLAKES, FAIROAKS，买东西都很方便，就是每天COMMUTE会花时
间。从南边过来去RESTON会堵的。
