2009年9月到2010年3月，2005年的eb2实批800左右，排期需要快速前进才能在
spillover前用完剩下的中国eb2名额+800家庭名额，也就是2800个名额。

11年10月的485 inventory有EB2C 4136(这4000多全部是07大潮交的，全都预批了，排
期一到马上就绿)，在11年10月到11年12月期间批了大概9成，也就是4136 X 0.9 =
about 3700

继续我的根据排期倒推月度名额。
使用USCIS3月的inventory数据http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Green%20Card/Green%20Card%20Through%20a%20Job/Employment%20Based%20I-485%20Pending%20Inventory-Total%203-8-2010.pdf
可以得出5月奥傻给了中国大约835个名额380 X 0.25(05年8月后一周) + 987 X 0.75（
05年9月前三周) = 835.
以上计算基于两个假设：1.EB2转EB1人数与EB3转EB2人数大致相当。 2.在某一月份内
，各天的PD较均匀落在四周内。不知道05年9月的PD为啥明显增多，请PD为那个时候的
人回忆一下当时的情况，是不是9月份PD会比较集中于某一周，还是较均匀分布的？

请大家翻到第三页,是说中国大陆出生的,2011年8,9,10,11月提交目前还在pending的
485分别是195,169,177,111吗?貌似也不是很多,为什么这么漫长呢.
实在等的不耐烦,找点数据出来分析分析.

我看了一下1st preference for China Mainland截止April 2016有4797个，是意味着
还有4797个在排队吗？ 是依先后顺序来给绿卡的？还是EB1A/B/C各自有不同的队列处
理？
我的EB1-C priority date是7/2015, filed concurrently, I140 approved on 3/29/
2016.大概看起来前面还有1500（+）号人。:-(

中印都是去年7月份比10月份交的485还多，三哥整体Eb1是中国两倍
但是为啥8，9月都有那么多pengding case？那段时间不是不能交485么？

从5月底的库存数据看（见下），中印截止到8月底（PD 2006年3月1日），应该还
剩：中国--13,000；印度--26,000，加起来39,000。如果9月再有7,000到10,000个剩余
名额，本FY结束时就是剩下总共大约30,000。密度比例是1:2。

和她的理解不同, 我认为既然是5月底的数据, 那就不包括SPILLOVER (7月, 8月) 而这
2个月中, 印至少获得14000(7000+7000).
到5月低在等待的人数是: 中国(1800+8000+6000)+印度(10061+18550+10000)=54000
如果和大家计算的一样, 7月8月共用去14000SPILLOVER, 9月如果还有7000. 那么从下
个FISCAL YEAR, EB2等待的总人数就是: 54000-14000-7000=33000
按今年SPILLOVER 的数量, 下年完全可以消化所有EB2, EB2 就可以CURRENT.
遗憾的是, 印度的EB3在2007年前的有58000人, 他们中

1. Sept '10 VB 06/01/2006 (assumme another 6k spill over)
2. total FY2010 Spill over will be about 14k(Jul and Aug) + 6k( Sept VB?)=
20k
3. total FY2011 spill over will be 20K ( assume same as FY2010)
4. C and I FY2011 total EB2 regular quota =6k
5. quarterly , EB2 C and I will get (20k spill over + 6k)/4=

目前我使用2009年8月28号的inventory （67061）和2010年8月08的demand （38800）
进行比
较。 大概是11个月多几天，处理了28261。加上2010年8，9月处理的，去掉2009年9月
处理的，我觉
得2010财年大概处理了33000这个数字应该差不多，因为2010年8，9月都是跳跃，每个
月都能够处理
5000+吧。这么分析的话，误差大么？
因为2007大潮，我不觉得从现在到明年夏天会有大量的新485出现。从去年的数据也可
以看出来，2007
年8月后交的485是0。

为什么 11月 EB3 VB 还在 NOV 03. 从 DEMAND DATA 看， 应该能前进到 DEC 03 才对吧？ 难道 EB3 每个月只有 100 多一点名额。

大师们 分析分析 这两个 DATA （DOS DATA 和 INVENTORY DATA) 有 什么区别。 好像 DOS 数据不包括 2005年的 98位 PENDING 的 485. 为什么呢？ A3 2005年 有 700号人呢， 好像 也不 在 DOS DATA 里头。 到底哪个数据为准。

I think EB2C should compare this two datasets for EB2I.
It seems like in August, 2010 there were 30,000 EB2I waiting, but now, only
13,000 EB2I waiting.
CIS cleared about 18,000 EB2I since then.
I don't know how many EB2C got their GC?
But your guys should do some calculations see if there is any reason for a
lawsuit?

不要只看本月的排期，要和更早的排期比较着看。
这样你能推出在过去的一两个月里，
有多少eb2c和eb2i,还有韩国，菲律宾的eb2被批准。
看看那国家批准的名额超标了。
如果你不比较，你就不知道eb2i比eb2多批了18，000个名额。
