I am using Varget for 308.
You can also choose federal primer:
small rifle: 205/205M
large rifle: 210/210M
M means "match"
M is a little more expensive, but I suggest using M, because it is supposed
to be more accurate, and the price difference is not much. Primers are cheap
anyway (compared to bullets and powder and cases) |

今天早上跑了个tempo或者LT 一迈热身后 跑了4迈，4迈稳定7:45 pace，心率从 155匀
速增到最后180 步频稳定在190-195， ground contact time 200-210ms， Vertical
Oscillation 7.8-8.3cm 好像大了一点
是不是长跑速度就这个极限了？步幅身高腿长已经限定了吧，步频还能再快吗？
现在跟个计划希望年底CIM 4小时能跑完。。。
