发帖数: 994 | 6 昨天原计划要看７个MCLEAN 的房子（都是OPEN HOUSE），因为都是MCLEAN 学区，我老
婆有点抵触，她想买LANGLEY学区，但我选的都是相对新房，所以想去感觉一下。
第一个房子是２０１１年新房， REBUILT， 就在Old-Dominion-Dr 大路边，里边不错
但周围房子太差太乱，而且等了５分钟才能上路，车太多，这还是周末。
第二个房子里边我很喜欢，可是DRIVE WAY 狭长，进去出来很麻烦，如果开PARTY根本
没有法停车，周围环境也不好。
第三个房子DRIVE WAY 坡太陡，我们都没有进去看，倒车下来还差点撞树。
看了这三个房子很失望，周围环境只有三个字， 脏，乱，差。比我们现在的COMMUNITY
差太多，所以决定不再看MCLEAN 学区，２２１０１ 的房子。
现在市场上房子太少， 我们喜欢的COMMUNITY 没有合适的房子上市，希望３月分有上
市。

起来走人。
本来还有一个dealer给了22101的otd，但对颜色有点犹豫，过了一天就没车了。形势比
人强，趁着这个车颜色也合适就从了。再等些时候，如果还有剩车，也许会再便宜一点
，不过估计也很有限了。
至于这个warranty，我其实也也一直没有下定决心，只是因为当时加到package里比较
便宜，而且之后我也可以cancel，于是就加了。这两天还得再研究一下值不值。

It looks like the relocation company already bought the property from the
original owner. Because the owner name on the contract is the relocation
company, not the original owner. Now the contract documents are more
complicated, almost 100 pages.
In addition to the contract, there is a standard addendum which can override
all other agreements. They also disclose the inspection reprot that the
