Mine EB1A case was approved 1 hour ago, pp clock started on March 5th.
TSC online efile on February 22nd, supporting document was mailed to TSC on
February 25th. PP form was mailed to TSC on March 5th.
Just received approval notice...
Working as a Post Doc at ivy-league university...
Weak case, Bio-Medical area . 11 papers on peer reviewed journals, 5 1st
authors. 1 2nd author book chapter, 14 conference abstracts. Citation is

我22号delivered, 24号收到receipt notice 说：
we received your form of I-140 on July 24th...
然后具体的 receipt email notice里面说 received date July 22nd, PP within 15
days from the date set forth above.
到底哪个算start date啊?

Guo Law 的帮助。
第一次 提交 是 去年十月中旬 提交 ，当时 情况是 引用 不到 150， 文章 9篇，一
作 2篇，其中 一篇 文章（非一作） 有新闻报道，博士期间的研究偏临床。当时 律师
不建议PP， 我自己 的 觉得 没有关系 ，想尽快知道结果，就 pp了， 结果 就偏偏
落入 0214, 被 RFE contribution，然后 2月份被拒。
第二次的材料 和 第一次 完全 一样 ，同样的推荐信，就是 一些 数据 有些变化，
citation >150, 一作文章多了两篇，没敢再 pp. 两次提交 楼主本人都在东部工作，
但材料 都 被送到 NSC。。。现在想想，如果第一次提交如果 不自作主张也许 就过了
，因为两次材料 没有什么 质的变化 ，第二次提交的材料里也没有 RFE补充的信息。
当然和运气也有关系。
特别要感谢Daniel Guo Law的帮助，刚开始其实有点质疑他们的办事能力，比如推荐信

结果今天 Mar.30th，主副卡 485 获得批准
速度比想象中快的多了，或许和我的背景非常简单有关；只有一个F1签证，只有一次入
境美国 (July 25th,2016)

如果奥傻数据是精确到天的话，有一点不是很make sense的是，排期为什么只精确到1/
4月，而不是也精确到天。奥傻公布的官方文件里说排期只能是每月的1，8，15，22号

being approved today. Now need to refile 140? My old 140 under EB3 has
already being approved. Anyone know how the relink work? relink 140 or
relink 485?

I did SR yesterday and got approved today. That's super fast.
EB 3 --> EB 2
PD : Mar 2005 under EB3
PERM Approved : August 2010 under EB2
new 140 Approved: Nov 2010
Request relink on Nov 22nd but ask to wait 90 days.....so one month later,
called USCIS yesterday to ask for SR. Today got email approved.
It is about 11 years since I come to US. Good luck for all EB 2 & 3... |

I set up a reminder to myself to do the renewal last November, but put it
off until January this year. My EAD expires March 1st, and I filed my
renewal application on Jan.12th. My app was sent to Dallas TX lockbox and
forward to NSC.
On Feb. 16th, I made an Info pass appointment with the the local application
processing office. The staff there cannot do nothing but send an email to

response on 24th, and received by USCIS on 27th, then got approved on July
1st. Only called the second level officers to check status, didn't do
anything else.
That's ok, hopefully my information can help guys here, i know how torturing
the waiting is! |
