在网上搜了搜，看看我下面总结的对不对。
Plasma的像素点亮时间很快，但是熄灭的也快，反应时间是不到2毫秒，即1秒钟可以闪
烁600次就是600Hz。这个频率叫做plasma的sub filed drive频率。
但是大多数视频的帧率是60帧每秒，这样在每一帧的时候，plasma的像素点必须持续闪
烁10次（每次都是一样的亮度）才能保持在1/60秒内保持必须的亮度，不能闪一次就熄
灭。
LCD的像素点应该是相转换，转到一个相能保持一段时间，决定lcd刷新频率的是像素点
从一个相到另一个相的转换时间，现在最好的只能到4毫秒。其实勉强能做到240Hz的刷
新。
所以我觉得如果输入电路输入一个240Hz的显示序列，标称240Hz的LCD面板也能接受，
但是帧与帧之间的转换可能总是处于过渡态。但是具有600Hz闪烁频率的plasma是可以
完全正常
处理的。从这点上来讲，plasma的刷新从本质上还是领先于lcd。 |

popular by far, for it's lighter weight and lower energy use. Plasma has
slightly better imagine quality.
LED is a type of back lit for LCD TVs. most new TVs are LED back lit now.
if you want thin profile, look for LED edge lit.
most TVs are not 120hz or 240hz. effectively they are the same, don't
waste money on 240hz if 120hz is cheaper. I personally don't like

而且现在大部分120hz和240hz其实input只有60hz,你以后想看3d都不行(3d要input
120hz)
电脑屏幕大部分都是60hz,不也都好好的.
除非蓝光3d出来以后120hz input大量普及,不然平价120hz电视永远都不能看3d.
这种输入60hz伪装120-240hz的东西没啥大用. |

哎，现在的人为啥都喜欢想当然，现在正用这个monitor，我来说说
第一，blueray到mkv的过程，就是把每一个frame里面的两个sub frame，用side by
side（也就是前面a9同学说的sbs）方式拼成一个frame。除非converter是三哥写的，
否则不可能会出现两个不同frame的sub frame放在转换后的同一个frame里面
第二，通过以上的方式，蓝光原盘的1080px2转成的是同样的1080p x 2 mkv，不会变成
1080p x 1，或者可以理解为横向内容加倍的1080p (1080x2p?)
第三，sony的这个monitor切换成3d模式后，你可以理解成显示器内部的分辨率是
1080x2P，相当于两个长条，这时候用sbs的mkv开始播放，切换成全屏，正好可以fit到
内部分辨率。然后显示器再把这个大长条从中间切断成一左一右两个frame，再通过快
门的方式两个frame来回切，同时同步眼镜上的快门达到同步。所以也不存在什么一幅
图硬拉成两幅，而是本来就是两幅图，分开显示。

存。你那240hz是指的最高分辨率时的频率吗？我估计不是，因为人眼不需要这样高的
频率。
当时1080p的电视从60跳到120主要是为了给3d做准备，因为2d播放时是120的话3d就正
好60了，顺便就拿出来做个商业噱头。这个240估计也是一样，只不过是1080p的时候是
240而已，4k就正好60。实际上高于60绝大多数没用，因为你片源的帧数也没那么高。

本来我这人也是喜欢看技术指标的，但是如今的电视指标全是胡说八道，对比度居然达
到5000000，67dB，啥电路设计能达到dynamic range 67dB而不失真？还有那个什么反
应速度，好像最少120Hz，240Hz，电影胶片也就24桢/秒，240Hz有意义么？ |

I already have too many screens, no need for extra one.
I have not ordered any TV recently.
If you need TV for self use, my recommendation is to get a 240HZ, 3D-ready
LCD. 120HZ is good enough for 3D. 240HZ makes better quality.
LED or not is all depends. If you use wall mount, it does not really make
much difference. |

120hz和240hz看一般片子，或者是bluray，如果有区别的话，那他的眼睛太神奇了。理
论上120hz和240hz都能够正确播放24p，5：5pulldown。
电视现在更新换代太快了，就像电脑一样。没有必要赶时髦。再过一两年，OLED也要出
来了。
难道还像过去一样，一个电视看个十年以上？
主流的价位1500左右，追求性能的2000左右。不差钱的，3，4000都可以。 |

LCD 和 LED 只是背投的光源不同。寿命差不多。
LED 好处是亮一些，轻一些，不是特别大的差距。
关于频率。现在有60hz，120hz 和 240hz。这些都是TV的内部刷新频率。
但外部的输入最高频率是60hz。略去隔行扫描，1080p@60 是 绝大部分CE能提供的最高
输出（包括PS/3，XBOX，。。。）
现在的所谓3D不过是60Hz输出，左右眼个30Hz。左右眼是90度光栅。这也是为什麽看3D
要带眼镜（眼镜要和TV的display同步切换光栅，左眼只能看左眼的内容，右眼看右眼
的。用同一物体的两眼偏位差使大脑产生3D图像）。3D眼镜和TV配套，不能通用。
TV的120Hz，240Hz，不过是repeat输入信号。120Hz已经足够。120Hz和60Hz能看出区别
，120和240肉眼无差。
plasma是另一种完全不同的技术。plasma的亮度比LCD/LED暗，但色彩和饱和度都要好
，3D（原理相同）明显好于LCD/LED。plasma重量是同size的LED 2倍。
