the fine in China will be far less than many investors were worried about.
This is a $5 billion company, and the fine and penalties comes to a mere $
540,000 for its sales and marketing practices in China.

发帖数: 6612 | 2 有些新手不太关心ugaz和dgaz与股票的不同。ugaz和dgaz是etn，不是股票。ugaz和
dgaz的价格与天然气的价格相关。但是etn不拥有任何实际的股票或者期货合同，其价
格是“算”出来的，因此不会出错。最重要的是，和股票以及etf不同，ugaz/dgaz的买
卖成交量对ugaz/dgaz本身的价格，对天然气的期货价格没有任何直接影响。
现在天然气价格上下波动幅度太大，比如一天能涨或者跌近15%！这种涨跌会给ugaz和
dgaz造成非常大的损耗。其实对于新手来说，买入ugaz不如卖空dgaz保险。（当然，卖
空需要预留足够的现金以防天然气期货价格下跌超过预期，引爆margin call而割肉。
最近的dgaz最高价格是7.7。保守一点，每股9块钱现金比较保险，换句话说，如果dgaz
每股6块空，账户每股再留3块。守两三个星期，总有赚的时候。赚完再来第二轮。）

1． 高失业率
2． 财政赤字
3． Medicare面临破产

今年以来，美国股市成绩很好。Nasdaq从2600升到3100。Dow从11500升到13500。
美国公司现在都有很多现金。可是，公司的雇佣意愿很低。我们对此一直不理解，
并花费了很多精力调查。后来，在一个饭局上，一个老总不经意中讲了他心中的
真实想法，解开了我们的谜团。
美国现在平均每人每年医疗开支约8000美元。
