用epidural的姐妹都知道，要用导尿管帮助排尿，我开三指的时候上的epidual，所以
等到生完孩子加产后大半天恢复，基本上导尿管一插就是一天一夜才被取出。然后月子
里打喷嚏会漏尿，我想可能是还没有恢复好的关系。有时候站着觉得尿道口有点肿胀的
感觉，这些都随着时间慢慢变好了。
我最近都跑去24hourfitness上课，每次有连续跳跃的动作还是漏尿，高抬腿那些就更
不用说了。。。我都害怕要是我继续跳，会不会失禁。。我哭！！我是不是永远都会这

for my first 2010 swimming. A little disappointed because there are only 2
lanes, but every thing is brand new. Quite enjoy jacuzzi & Sauna. The depth
of the swimming pool is so shallow that you need some intelligence to sink

classes and decided to stick on 2 classes: power yoga for flexibility and
meditation, and stationary cycling for cardio with lower impact to my knees

support from her might be very limited, since she has a baby needs to be
taken care of, has her own work, so her life is very much stressed as well.
My suggestion is to participate more exercises, for example, join a gym like
24 hour fitness http://www.24hourfitness.com/promo/membership/affiliate/. I like the swimming pool and sauna here. Group exercise such as zumba or yoga are good choices to begin with.
