After signing lowry, rox has no much $$ left for scola under salary cap. So,
other teams will offer lower salary to scola based on rox's salary book,
because they bet rox will not match scola for luxry tax or too much luxry
tax since rox is not champion contender this year. But they are WRONG,
hahaha~~ ROX will match scola too, and then trade lowry out be4 Feb'11 to
lower salary book below cap.

发帖数: 4809 | 13 6 Mil搞个替补肯定是不值的，不过估计是Byron Scott看上Lowry了，才24岁的PG，虽
然个子矮了点，但是速度快，有防守，能骗罚球，也是个不错的罚球手，节奏感和大局
观不错。
Scott是个调教PG的高手，带过Jason Kidd和CP3，都是联盟顶级的控卫，我估计这个赛
季就会把Mo Williams交易走，毕竟这个联盟还是有球队需要能得分的控卫的，然后把
Lowry扶正。骑士队肯定是想重建了，克里夫兰这个地方是吸引不了任何大牌FA的，只
能指望靠选秀打造一支优秀的球队，他们80年代干过一次，打造了出一只被乔丹The
Shot打败的不错的球队，和靠选秀搞到的LBJ，估计要摆烂个几个赛季了。

到几条大鱼。其实骑士队的失败不在于过去7年，除了詹姆斯以外没有搞来好球员，真
的又好又年轻的球员，别人谁会让给你？克里夫兰这个城市又没法吸引优秀的自由球员。
骑士队和詹姆斯关键是被以前的老板和团队害惨了。
1999年有8号和11号签，8号签不错，签了Andre Miller，结果3年就走人了，不知道为
什么，在后面有Corey Maggette，Ron Artest，Andrei Kirilenko等人的时候，选了一
个废柴Trajan Langdon。
2001年有8号签，在后面有Joe Johnson，Richard Jefferson，Zach Randolph，
Brendan Haywood，Gerald Wallace，Tony Parker,Agent 0, Okur等一大票将来球星的
时候，选了一个废柴DeSagana Diop。
