The approval date on is Dec 17th.

我22号delivered, 24号收到receipt notice 说：
we received your form of I-140 on July 24th...
然后具体的 receipt email notice里面说 received date July 22nd, PP within 15
days from the date set forth above.
到底哪个算start date啊?

上周file congressman的service request. 他们也暂时没得到消息。
F1 EAD 下周就结束了。很着急。
请问有加急经验或者办理停职经验的么？
停职是只是工资停了就可以么？我们还有保险和401k,休假积累的Benefit? 应该怎么和

Got CPO email yesterday around 11.30 AM for me. My priority data is 24th Feb
2006 EB2 India. Our case was transfered to TSC from NSC last year.
Thanks a lot for trackitt and this forums members without them getting green
card would have been still a dream. I have read in one of the threads that
we can open SR on our case once your PD become current.
So I called USCIS on Aug 3rd and spoke to agent to ope |

response on 24th, and received by USCIS on 27th, then got approved on July
1st. Only called the second level officers to check status, didn't do
anything else.
That's ok, hopefully my information can help guys here, i know how torturing
the waiting is! |
