二、新中国1949-1978年的铁路建设
新中国诞生后，我国政府成立了铁道部,统一管理全国的铁路,组织了桥梁和线路恢复工
程,并大力修建新铁路,以保证日益增长的运输需要。
1--------- 1949-1958年铁路恢复、规划时期。 相继完成了成渝、天兰铁路的铺轨通
车任务，接着又动工新建兰新、宝成、丰沙铁路。10年间共恢复旧有铁路1994公里,新
建及修复第二线铁路1337公里,14个铁路枢纽得到改善和加强，武汉长江大桥建成,北京
至广州铁路全线贯通。全国铁路营业里程增加到26708公里(不含地方铁路及企业专用线
)。
2--------- 1958-1965年铁路规划、建设时期。 新建铁路干线有包兰、兰新、兰青、
干武、黔桂铁路都匀-贵阳段、京承、太焦、外福、肖甬铁路等。到1965年底，全国铁
路营业里程达到34，406公里(未统计地方铁路及企业专用线)。8年间增加铁路营业里程
7638公里，年增955公里。1961年8月15日，我国建成第一条电气化铁路----宝成线宝风
段。

Failure to stop at a red signal
ref: Failure to stop 5 sec to make Right turn.
I had thought it is ok to turn right on red when it is safe. So now have to
stop to 5 sec?
2. VC 26708(A)
Unlawful material on vehicle windows.
What are unlawful material?

For your knowledge only,
Section 26708 of the California Vehicle Code notes certain tinting is legal
only on the windows behind a vehicle's driver (i.e., side-rear windows and
back window) -- provided the vehicle has left- and right-side outside
mirrors that reflect a view for at least 200 feet to the vehicle's rear.
Please do not tell your friends that your MDX "所有的窗子都是tinted"
