【明報專訊】總覺得「勝利道」很適合位於跑馬地，理應夾道有幾所投注站，為廣大馬
迷討個好彩頭；不過回到現實，勝利道夾在旺角與何文田之間，街上滿佈寵物店和獸醫
診所，路人常攜帶狗隻出入……在這區，彷彿狗隻才是真正的主人，人類只是負責提供
照顧及抱抱。不過，近年愈來愈多美食小店進軍勝利道，吸引大批為食之人來開餐，帶
來了飲食街的新面貌。
（1）40年冰室 長情燴意

傳統來說，勝利道不屬於旺角，通常被列入何文田，算是高尚住宅區。一直居於勝利道
的關先生，於1971年開設奇香冰室，一晃眼40年，他說﹕「以前勝利道全是高尚住宅，
四處很寧靜，黃昏後可以在馬路打波，街上亦很少店舖，雖然街上很多前舖後居設計，
但屋主都不做生意，前舖都用來做廳堂。」
舊街坊周末返尋味
關先生說，1970年代的勝利道已出現數家寵物店，最初一個外籍獸醫在此開設「屋利獸
醫醫務所」，「很著名的，街外人來到勝利道，就是為了要找他」。
「屋利」已悄然引退多時，奇香卻屹立不倒，小店雖經過多次修葺，由新變舊再變新又

曆新年周末日僅錄8宗成交，是去年11月政府推出打擊炒樓「額印」等重招後的新低。

暫時只有小量業主願意低價沽貨，其中減價較多的天水圍嘉湖山莊，過去兩天共錄6宗
