Production for both LD and me.
EB2 at NSC.
PD July 17, 2006.
RFE on April 8, 2011.
Send reply on April 25th. Recieved by NSC on April 27th.
Card Production on April 29th. |

response on 24th, and received by USCIS on 27th, then got approved on July
1st. Only called the second level officers to check status, didn't do
anything else.
That's ok, hopefully my information can help guys here, i know how torturing
the waiting is! |

all exams are ok, Prepare forms and docs and mail it before 27th (Friday) to
ensure delivery on/before 30th. But doable.
This huge jump means Feb's VB will most likely stay put or retro. |

485所有材料去年3月初就准备好了，结果律师拖到5月初还没file。我一怒之下告到公
司HR。从此律师每封email都要带上HR和律所的partner,终于deadline前搞定。
再次current后，从没想到PD会退这么多，所以一直没有找议员，因为马上有两个
international trips，medical exam也要过期了，才决定每周五去骚扰T2，看能不能
早点拿卡不用进黑屋。Called T2 Feb 27th & Mar 6th。第一次没什么进展，第二次告
诉我已经有人看我的case。
2014太多drama，太多无奈，整个人生都要重新计划。不知道排期倒退这一天绿了算不
算否极泰来。 |

case was going to be pulled. It didn't get pulled and assigned to an office
until March 4th. TSC is full of shit! |

和朋友沟通过大致知道了一下自己需要什么。。。也只好自己一边准备一边等通知了。

just got a great news!!
received the Approval notice for 765 and also status shows " my card was
mailed to me" can't wait to see it actually happening!!1
