Room是一样的结构, bathroom和bedroom是连在一起的。室友之间不相互影响。
2. sublease从2016年5月份到2017年1月份，不过，有意向租者可以从4月18号就可以搬
进来住。

牌啥的啊）。靠近Walmart总部，中国人还是比较多。去年新来了7，8个中国faculty,
好像有个小圈圈。大家玩的还不错。房租很便宜，600可以住2bed2bath，差不多附近最
好的apartment了。房子30万可以弄个3000多的。
阿大虽然在阿肯色是flagship Univ. 但是学术水平总体来说，很差，不过适合养老。
拿tenure容易，竞争不激烈。最适合那些想住大豪斯，多养小孩，没事种地，打牌，隔
三岔五弄呼朋唤友，弄点野味的人了。

away from the Pavonia/New Port path train station, and it takes 15 minutes
by path to go to 33rd & 6th avenue in midtown Manhattan. The room is
available now. You can stay till the end of March and then decide whether
you want to continue the lease.
The area is safe, and the building has 24 hour door-man. Very convenient
location: super markets, restaurants, New Port Center Mall, banks, theater,
clinic.. all within 5 to 10 |
