exception is a young girl who initiated her whole family to clean the apt
spotless. The cost though, is 100-150 for a 2bd/2bth. Carpet cleaning is
another 100-180. Normal tear/wear should be free. For example, more
scratches on the floor or stain on walls... You should take pic and invite
your landlord to walk through the apt before you return your keys. |
