-底线正反手motion都很流畅， 基本已经定型， 练习应该着重于timing和跑动了。 加
快频率（录像里的setting还是比较慢的）， 加快球速（也是setting偏慢）， 打正反
手alternate的2line drill， 或者random drill.
-网前动作还没定型。 主要手腕还不稳， 没有"snap". 站位也太靠前（太容易， 动作
不对球也过网）， 应站在网线和发球线中间。截击也需要步伐的配合的。正手截击时
左脚迈步， 反手截击时右脚迈步。 看看网上的video. 有发球机网前球很容易练。 |

，我那个时候每个月手机话费人民币50.电话，短信无限量，上网5M，国际长途1块一分
钟。这边看起来手机便宜，我们家单电话而已，2line，一个月60多刀。要是在加DATA
PLAN、，更多，打国际长途？没敢试。
出去吃饭，2年前上海人均￥100，还算是可以的。海之幸自助150一位，随便吃。现在
在这边，人均$30。好一点的人均$50，还不加税和小费，在大城市，还得算停车费吧，
15刀？吃的东西同样的品质，只可能上海便宜，毕竟人工便宜。当然不要算美国进口产
品。就像美国提子，上海很贵，这里随便买。 |

办完之后没几天收到账单，billing cycle是8。10-12，竟然有251刀，后来去找ATT，
说charge错了，说会退大概50刀，结果后来一查变成215刀，感觉还是有点多
为啥2天也收一个月的钱啊，难道也跟租房一样，先预收下个月的房租吗？ |

这就是资本主义啊， 买时看好的那些钱，事实上用的时候这费那费都出来了， 还弄得

中国感觉这方面也好点吧，谁半个电话会这么麻烦，虽然骗人的也有，但骗也是明目张
胆的骗，不会当了婊子还立牌坊， 感觉美国的这些公司就是当了婊子还立牌坊， 收费

仔细看了下第一个月的账单，除了基本的话费外， 多出来的主要是activation fee,
和一个什么credit 的fee， 其实我有点不明白， activation 凭啥要收这么高的费，
开通一个电话会让他们费财力和物力么？
其实还是国情不一样， 移动这样的土鳖再怎么国际化也很难像att这样做， 假如哪天
国内的公司也按这样合同的形势来办电话， 不知道会乱成啥样了 |
