in order to start late for the new job, i told new employer that i need
three weeks to finish my current job(which is not true, just take an excuse
and still wait for other offer). and new employer accepted.
Question: H1 b transfer needs last 2month paycheck. if i want to take a
break before start the new job, my next month's pay check wont be full time
salaries,(since i need to use unpaid leave, used up all my vacation days at

Vb will be the end of 2007.

so, do you think O will consider 21000 demand is good enough for fiscal year
2012?
it is kind conservative. but 21000 will work. why he wants to open the gate

可能原因:
1. workload balance probability < 1%
2. interview probability >= 99%
预期等待时间:2months to 2 years

EB2: 2800 / year (maybe 300CP)
EB3: 2500 / year (maybe 300CP)
通过比较10/2016和1/2017的485 inventory,得出以下结论:
1. EB2 的2012数据似乎不靠谱,1/2017 EB2的2012反而多出来600多,没道理,所以无
法预测EB2.
2. EB3似乎比较靠谱,2014每个月降级加原装稳定在170左右。
3. 1/2017的时候2037个EB3,加上假设海外300CP, 然后4/2017放水至8/15/2014,170
×3.5months = 595, 而1/2017到9/2017,假设EB3再绿200x9=1800, 那么截止9/2017,
EB3应该还剩 2037+300+595-1800=... 阅读全帖

PD 2015年9月15日
之前已经填好F家questionnaire,寄给F家体检表照片。。几次催提交未果。。
上周五下午突然从公司律师处得知,公司和F律师商议后决定不支持降级。
我第一时间询问理由后律师回复:
“如果按照EB2 提交485,差不多就是1~2个月的事。如果按照EB3提交,本届政府 is
reviewing close every filling and every requested change.We ve seen
petitions be denied for no reason, or worse , and we don not want to
jeopardize your cureent standing. downgrade would only save a month or two,
so we do not think the risk is worth it.
我强烈反对,理由如下:
理由一:几乎我在网上看到的所有的降级case都通过了。
理由二:拿ead的话不用以后extend h1b 这样对老板有好处

经验总结:
1. 找房子的网址

很多信息,大部分是agency. 有service apartments
2. 找中介
好处:信息来源可靠,大部分人很负责.国内客人不少,基本上普通话可以交流
坏处:要交佣金.一般是一个月房租的四分之一到一半,房东,租客都要交.因此房东要的
租金也会更高些.长租和算,我因为要的急,只好多交了.
一定要多找几家中介,多选择,说清楚自己的要求,提条件,杀价,杀佣金.有bottom line
plan, 老实告诉中介有了其它选择,他们一般都会为你争取一些利益.
找到感觉好的,就定.现在租市很火,很多人卖了自己的房子转租.

但面积不如某些学校1bedroom(比如maguire village)的大
今年目前看来下半年开始的房租应该会比去年还便宜

对了, 那时候485最花时间的是体检, 尤其郊区的小城市,体检要预约移民医生,可
能排队时间长,因为诊所少, 这个要花至少一个月, 所以前面把tonyxu的时间段给重
新计算一遍就是:
lc: 6months
140 2months
medical exam: 1.5 month
485: 1.5 month
mail: 2 weeks ~ 3 weeks (nearly 1month)
