健身吃东西看数没什么意义，看观感手感就行了。自己喜欢什么样就往什么样上练，照照镜子就知道能
不能看。
练到12以下的体脂，再加上人本来瘦的，脸塌了法令纹深了。离好看就更远了。
适度有形的肌肉。发达的肩胸腿，细而劲实的侧腰，吹弹得破的皮。就行了。没有6pack就没有吧。一
直也就2pack。再肥肚子上也没长过肉。 |

Model网站练，一会跟Men's health杂志计划练。都不系统。
今天全面仔细看了版主置顶Q&A，特别是这个网站，很系统。也希望制定个计划，但不
知道应该选哪个合适我的目标，能不能请高人帮指点指点。

增重增肌，目前182cm/170lbs, 希望增加10磅，并主要加强--胸肩臂腿臀背扩
仔裤31, 肚子平但明显然没有叉腰肌，2pack偶尔出4pack. 能有6个最好也不强求。
★★ 体质特点★★
我个人认为一Over train 肌肉就会变小，不想变超lean那种。肉感+define的肌肉最好。
★★ 请教的问题如下★★
1：按我目前可以去基本5天GYM每天一小时计？如果3天weight training，另两天cardio和腰腹的话。您建议选择网站上的哪一个计划？ 按哪个炼效果能更明显呢？

也不觉得我胳膊粗，对GYM镜子炼时正面照总觉得细呢。 我总结是壮起来不难，难的是
又壮又lean出6 pack...好象和我没什么缘了。最好的时候才2pack.偶尔现过一两天儿
4pack. 一喝奶没pack了，所以不喝四升改1~2升了。只在work out的日子喝。
我既不会游泳也不去海滩，更不爱在人面前脱衣服。6pack动力不太够。。lol
不过还是想试试您老推荐amazon的减脂药。再壮点之后吃几粒cut一下脂。说不定能有
一点点billy 哥的效果。 |

的）
综合过我发现他们看的顺序是：脸，屁股（屁股包括了腿），胸，臂膀，（6pack一般
人看不到，而且也是放在最后关注的）。
所以说任何以出6pack而失去围度的练法全是自娱自而。而且我发现，除了你是20出头
的小帅哥。否则体脂底特别是亚洲人。穿上衣服都是黄和dry的。看上去很不舒服。
因为工作时都是修身衬衫，所以我的锻炼重点是：肩膀上臂，屁股，胸，6pack不练。
脸要瘦sharp，皮肤要透而保湿有光泽。
因为同志要和很多人上床，所以关注了以前的部分基本面试全部通过。而只要你肚子是
平平的。有2pack（这个我有），而另外4个pack不显或显不出来。没有人退你的货。 |

per item on all other items. They have Medium Tumblers, Electric unit with
the 2 pack refills sold seperately as well as reed diffusers. I put the
code in a with a book and it said to separate the order if I wanted FS on
the books. I took the book out of the cart and it seemed no matter what I
added my shipping stayed 2.49 for standard shipping. I had sales tax yet

is $28 a lot to pay for pepper grinder? I don't know but to me it's not. But
, I also buy peppercorns based on their area of growth from small online
