My housekeeper works 6 days a week and have sunday or whatever the day you
want her off. doesnt have to be sunday. so she leaves around 3pm on Sat afternoon and comes back on
sunday around 7pm.
2. 家里如有婴儿，保姆的工作时长通常是多少？
If you hire her for live in then doesnt matter how long the work hour is per
day. as long as it is reasonable. for example, my HK gets up at 645am, cook

孩 .
想找个2 bedroom 的房子, 希望房价比较便宜,离上班的地点比较近. 有公交车更好.
老婆不敢开高速,所以希望周围有比较近的买菜的店(中国店或美国店都行)和 daycare.
老婆小孩有时会在家中,所以希望环境比较安全.
还有提前多久找房子比较好,现在会不会太早了?
知道到的朋友可否请帮忙推荐以下公寓或者地点或者任何相关的信息, 非常感谢! |

If in south bay then i would try to go to the apple store in Stanford mall
or valley fair.
if you are in the city then go to apple store in union square or chestnut.
If you willing come to marin, then try apple store in corte madera, always
have iphone 5 in stock 95% of the time.
Also try to go to radio shack,target or best buy. but not sure if they are

就是小孩生的时候，父母有没有绿卡，有，小孩就是签证，纯粹的美国人；没有，小孩
就是旅行证，有点承认中国国籍的意思。
回来开车的路上，突然想明白了，记得邓小平有个孙子生在美国，当时美国说他是美国
人，邓小平说，我的孙子就是中国人。这个新国籍法从法理上解决了这个问题。是不是
这个本意，我就不糊想了，不过效果的确是这样。
对咱们WSN的好处，就是省了签证费，以前一个签证是125/1yr，现在是旅行证25/2yr，
相当于机票打了10% discount |

有利哪个不利？
然后再下一步，1yr cap, 2yr cap, 5yr cap, extra growth应该按什么比例放，动态
调整
如果你自己都在行，自然不用agent/broker。
如果不很熟或者懒得麻烦，就找broker, 也可以看看谁好，讲的有道理，不要听一个
WFG就被忽悠上船了 |

拿到中產應該沒問題. 但是想要拿個平均7-8M的合約基本上球隊就是要他當先發PG, 放
眼聯盟現在有哪個球隊缺先發PG??
By the way, 去年在公牛復活的D.J Augustine季後只拿到6M/2yrs的合約. And new TV
deal will be kicking in 2016-2017 season.
