与“逃回”的话题一直争论不休，面对职场竞争和城市生活压力，他们能否在大城市中
找到归属感？
近日，智联招聘发布的《2017年秋季白领跳槽指数调研报告》显示，职场白领对北
上广深等大城市的归属感较低，影响归属感的因素包括房子、户口、收入等。

报告称北上广深归属感排名靠后
据了解，本次调查共收回有效问卷24390份。从受访者所在行业来看，IT/通信/电
子/互联网行业占19.1%，汽车/生产/加工/制造行业占14.9%，政府/非盈利机构和农林
牧渔行业占0.9%。
从受访者的月薪来看，最多的是3001-5000元，占38.3%；其次是5001-8000元，占
25.6%；3000元以下占16.8%，20000元以上的仅占1.6%。
报告显示，白领城市归属感指数为3.42，相对于满分5分（下同）来说，白领们对
所在城市有较强的归属感。

这么严重，汇率和实际购买力背离，虽然汇率由对外贸易决定，可中国的贸易顺差由廉
价劳动力支撑，随着农村城市化还可以维持，但能维持多长无法判断。想一下卢布，从
91年到现在贬值30000倍，今年可能继续贬值。怎么保证人民币能避免相似的命运。还
有一个重要的因素，人民币不能随意换美元，等人民币出现险情，想逃不容易。对此我
很迷惑，我的父母有不少人民币存款，我在考虑是不是慢慢换一部分美元来分散风险。
不知你对此怎么看。 |
