简直像做梦一样，情节发展忒快了
就在3个月前俺还没认真考虑过在美国买房，11月底才开始用周末时间走马观花蜻蜓点
水一般看房，圣诞节前后发现理想目标、下offer，元旦前签约开始办贷款，到今天2/9
约定日期的最后一天终于搞定贷款、可以拿钥匙，总共也就不到3个月，恍如快节奏情
景剧。
前面说到11月底开始看房，才看到第3个周末，在Redfin上发现了DB这套房子，是REO银
行屋，4Bed 2Bath，是DB地区唯一一套低价位4房condo。马上约agent看房，那时距离
它list出来已经10天了，而抢REO房子最关键的就在于时间。圣诞节前一个周末去看房
，赶上持续一周阴雨天，寒冷潮湿，别人或许都不愿出门，却正好帮助了我们。刚一下
车就非常喜欢它周围环境，绿化保洁做得非常好。房子本身有点旧，74年建，换过4、5

We do have automatic float down available for some loans. Rate will go down if rate drops after submitting to underwritting even if rate is locked.

大家都是limp,flop 9h,Th,Ts, 我first react, check了， pot 120k,
下面两家也check，第三家raise 300k,第四家short stack，没想就跟了（all-in），
其他都fold了，我当时想了很久，第三家比较tight，他手上1.2米，可他连银行存款的
总数只有1.6米，300k对他来说是大数目，如果没有大牌，不会这样搞。而且他是桌上
第二大的stack，不愿意跟大stack打没把握的仗。第四家比较loose，估计是flush
draw,而且总共只有300k，可以afford跟他搞。虽然比较担心第三家，不过也不舍得放
弃我的3张T，所以跟了，看看再说。turn上是3s,这下我心理有数了，flush draw的威
胁终于解除了。我还是check，第三家又raise了 450K，他已经大半身家进去了，我当
时的感觉，他肯定不是9，A，一定比这个大，自然就想到他是T,A。想了当时只有T9的
情况比我大，所以直接push他all in了，
他想都没想，直接跟了，结果他是9 |

发帖数: 1718 | 44 没啥不稳定的。而且FLG这样的公司，至少从前面几年来看，不稳定只是意味着会越来
越高，呵呵。
当然，谁也没有本事预测未来。不过你要是和硅谷尤其是FLG码工讨论收入，不包括
bonus和股票是没有意义的。
用最稳定的G的例子，level 5 (senior)，base 可能只有16-17w，但bonus一般20%，股
票一年可能100k-300k不等，所以total差不多一年可以300k到500k. 这里面300k的股票
看上去比较多，但考虑到G的股票这几年涨的相当好，而且目前看公司比较稳定，基本
上都还算是sure money了，甚至真正到手的时候还会比现在的估值更高。 |
