疏导型主要是为了让你的脑子先自己动起来，大脑在那个点发动了，继续下去就比较容
易。。面对电脑的时候，很多时候我们的大脑是不用独立思考的，比如看新闻看八卦，
兴奋点在其他的地方，很难转到一个另外一个冰点research上，这个时候就需要堵塞型
，强行关闭其他无关的兴奋点。。。
建议1（疏导）：开始工作时，先闭上眼睛，回忆一下上一次的工作，然后在纸上列上
提纲，点子，接下来要写的东西（15-30minutes)。。随着思路想下去，再打开电脑，
打开你的文档，应该就比较容易开始写了。。
建议1（疏导）：跟别人讨论你的proposal，比如你的导师，或者你的officemates。。
就像刚开始寒暄一样，比如说你今天写了多少，写了什么，打算写什么，不用太细节，
不用太长时间 （15-30minutes)，这样了之后，一般会有一种urge去完成或继续写更多
的东西，尤其是当别人给了你不同的意见的时候。。（skip上网，直接进入工作）
建议3：定下任务，每天写多少页之类的，写完了再上网..这个需要有自制力，不然没
有完成只会感觉更加guilty。。

器材：iphone 3G, 花了一块多买的ivideo录的，有点卡。直接上传的，没什么后加工
。不过，不太清楚怎么把视频转过来，也懒得弄了，谁知道，请告诉一下。
状态：跑了个5000多米（3.3mile, 30minute).
就是拍板上篮，左右手背伸上篮，换手上篮，投篮，运球：身前胯下交叉，身后胯下交
叉(那段有点卡），底手胯下交叉。还有篮板后面投篮（最后一个，用来证明投篮弧度
）。
观后感，自己胖了很多，动作挺丑的，上篮有很多动作拍得不是很清楚，看来水品也没
有想象的好。
题外，那个绕场跑的，是附近一个大学的球员，我去找他单挑，想顺便偷拍一下，结果
人家要训练。
这么辛苦，请多给包子吧。

weights on arms 9 sets, weights on legs 9sets, weights on back 3 sets, then

Thursday: 3000m swim;

snack celery for dinner.

snack before dinner. forgot what I had for dinner. Costco's
dumplings/potstickers (8) for dinner. Had a bowl of oatmeal before bed.
(old bad habit of eating right before bed)
started my first 5K run, 37minutes. adding 8min abs

soccer with Tiger Kings at Sunnyville for a few months then switched to
badminton in early 2007. Then I started tennis in the summer of 2007. It
took me 30minutes drive to play soccer at Sunnyville. I think it is about 20
minutes drive from Sunnyville to Fremont. Not too bad if you have no other
better choices. |

office办理停车牌，这个应该办理很快。我们这一般的住处，visitor parking都随便
