Call to request expedite on March 23rd.
Call on March 30st. They told me the expedite request was rejected. Request
for an expedite again, but got rejected. They said can't accept another
expedite request in 60 days..wtf..
Mailed an expedite request, along with the copy of offer letter on March
31st, and arrived at VSC on yesterday morning.
QUESTION: I didn't receive my hard copy of receipt. Is there any possible

发帖数: 499 | 13 靠近palisade ave还不错， 过了bergenlin ave就不能住了。 union city的房子老，
税高，一般都是multifamily， apartment的选择不多，坐车只有123一条线，除非你想
坐到30st然后走路。
可以往北走走看，west new york， north bergen，沿着/靠近BLVD east的都可以考虑
，同样不能考虑学区，

发帖数: 499 | 14 如果开车去newport，我一般留出30分钟的时间，从18st出发，到444 Washington ave.
但不是上下班时间。上下班时间的话可能会堵。。我就不好估计了。
30st往南到20st的palisade ave是union city 和weehawken的分界线, 越靠近30街的房
子越贵，路两边差不多的房子都是两个价，而且没有什么avaliable的公寓卖，大部分
都是2-3units的MF。估计不符合你的要求。
20st往南到paterson，都属于union city，印象中有一些unit不多的公寓卖，好像都是
MF改造的，因为我没有关心过公寓，所以整体不是特别了解。。。
palisade的西边就是new york ave, 几个月前路重新铺过，还不错，最好不要超过
bergenline。 再往西，central ave上面有一些不错的公寓楼，但是原来打过交道的一
个realtor告诉我们12街附近原来有drug dealer活动，把我们吓退了。。
union city的房子从10年下半年到11年上半年是非常好的抄底的时候，房价比起07年基

先帮帮我救急吧：
还有两星期close，合同上没有appraisal contingency
卖家按county record list 的3210卖
卖家当年买房的时候appraisal量的3170，比county list的小了～30ST
现在我的appraisal量出来3050，比county list的小了～160ST,但估价按3050算仍高于交易价
我自己去量出来的介于这两个appraisal的结果之间，比较接近3050
这两个appraiser的图比较接近
都没有少算一个房间或多算了车库这种低级错误，基本都是尺寸上的出入
但是卖家当年appraisal的图还是有个明显的错误
有一面一楼二楼共用的墙，肯定是一样长的
但是他竟然标成了二楼比一楼长1个多feet，光这个出入就有几十ST的差别
请问，我现在要求卖家降价，有什么negotiation power？

，感觉有点郁闷。而且卖家还很强硬，不但不降价，还威胁不买不光不退earnest

的Amtrak车站。
这种就在Newark机场车站坐就行么？票是已经包含了么？就用打印出来的Email换火车
票么？
打电话给customer service，一个老印，好像也傻乎乎的，弄了半天才确定是train不
是flight。号称不用再买票了。觉得稍微有点不靠谱，求达人double check一下。
