I hadn't done any conventional work for months until 3 weeks ago when I
started my new training cycle. My best volume PR in January was 330x6@RPE 9.
5. This was today's AMARP set after 335x5x4 and a new volume PR:
It took me 2.5 weeks to get my groove back. I will be doing all lifts
beltless this whole training cycle. |

rep一多很容易累,是怎么回事?是肌肉的持久力不够吗?如何提高呢?
比如200lbs可以做5个,但是10,10,8,8来做的话,115lbs都累的够呛 |
