with mini. The only question is whether you are satisfied with this selling
price. Nevertheless lease starts with the selling price, like buying a new
car.
the residual for cooper is pretty high (in your case 68% MSRP). You could
check with 30m, 33m, 48m or 10k/m 15k/m program to see the residual and

for bmw short term (2-4) it is best to lease the new car than most, if not
all, other options.
for leases, 30m/33m may be better than 3 yrs and better than 4 yrs(because
most likely you will need to change tire for 4 yr lease for another 1000+
cost besides higher money factor and significantly lower residual) |

今晚计算了50岁退休的大致需求,要40退，估计难度翻番。
假设目前35岁，两娃算平均年龄3岁。如果50退，活到94岁.50岁时家庭财富算8M,其中
不动产算25%(primary residency，net equity)，退休金（401K,IRA)算25%，现金算25
%，股票和其他金融产品算25%，那么：
两娃大学费用，以现在基准8%左右每年递增，15年后娃18岁，算一个公立(UW),一个私
立(IVY-YALE),2013~2014学费和生活费用是27000(UW)+64000(Yale)=91000/year.加上
寒暑假花销，往返机票等，就算100K/year好了。15年后为294k/year，4年算上8%的递
增率总花销为1.33M。22岁以后结婚，生子，买房等总要打点一些，算一共2M好了。为

来还不错，所以一下子弹了不少。 sina 3.7B market cap, cash大概700M， weibo目
前大概市场给了1B的价值，我觉的也fair了。向上涨个10-20%我不奇怪，但期望不要太
高，毕竟营收数字摆在那里，市场对weibo的估值经过去年的大折腾也是有限的。
sohu: er和sina类似，都是之前被打的够狠，er后发现也没有那么糟糕，就反弹了不少
，但again,看看sina/ntes/sohu的比较，sohu目前这个1.6B也不冤枉他。而且最关键的
，sohu profit margin严重受到挤压。cyou收入占sohu一半左右，却猛赚将近70M, 其
他部门烧了50M多。这其实说明sohu面临的严重市场竞争，收入是增加不少，但高收入
要靠高投入来维持。上周qihu的事情，sohu也占了光。大家一看原来10%的大陆搜索份
额可以让qihu涨那么多，sogou占了起码5%的份额，也应该涨些哦。但这些涨基础不强

而且bidu的growth rate很高，并且是rev/profit双高，另外独霸大陆搜索市场市场给
的PE肯定要高，bidu的PE30左右，PEG 0.5左右。
只是个人看法，我觉的bidu还是便宜。当然bidu管理层需要继续开发新的收入，固步自
封于单纯的广告收入的确有些危险。

首先一句话总结今天，20140918，MCHX为什么大跌：因为MCHX的大客户AllState说要节
省广告费了。
2013年公司营业额153m，其中13%来自于AllState (resource below, but I don't

根据今天电话会议的讨论和SEC filing，公司预期170m的call-driven营业额，比此前

AllState在MCHX的增长里面比重很大，相当于今年的66m vs 去年的20m。没有了
AllState，MCHX将会怎么样呢？假设其他的因素都不变，我推算出来的一个季度的营收

10/24的那个增发想必不少人印象深刻（坑爹啊，偏偏在NY第一例病人后一天，本来
还指望出水的），增发价10刀，这个价格是个很重要的支撑，考虑到其8.76的book
value，确实很便宜了。
为什么说LANDLAKE在这个时候增发，原因之一就是为了甩掉几笔沉重的债务。 （参一
）里Q2的interest cost有682,895，别小看这笔利息对一个总股本5.9M的小公司的影响
，LAKE Q2也就亏了385,601。

多谢tip，那个药股几天涨500%我还没见识过，涨200%我都觉稀罕了。这是我做大盘股
option才敢想的事。
看了看MRTX的基本材料，the float # will make a big difference。 现金虽多，但
是烧钱很快，不够一年半用。不知会用多长时间，但是这一波暴涨 150% 是跑不掉的。
查了下盘后价，已从+110%撤到+60%。明天很可能先涨后跌，机会在收盘，不过还是见
机行事吧。

高达+156%。但是从上周三开始无预警暴跌三天，昨天公告at-the-market equity
offering，wsj和yahoo两处记录的public float也从5.4m变更为12.33m，小盘股niche
不再，增发尤伤人品。
生药股的猫腻就是特别多，insider trading也特别常见，小散们蒙在鼓里，需要特别
的小心，止损和止赢都要快动作。

今晚计算了50岁退休的大致需求,要40退，估计难度翻番。
假设目前35岁，两娃算平均年龄3岁。如果50退，活到94岁.50岁时家庭财富算8M,其中
不动产算25%(primary residency，net equity)，退休金（401K,IRA)算25%，现金算25
%，股票和其他金融产品算25%，那么：
两娃大学费用，以现在基准8%左右每年递增，15年后娃18岁，算一个公立(UW),一个私
立(IVY-YALE),2013~2014学费和生活费用是27000(UW)+64000(Yale)=91000/year.加上
寒暑假花销，往返机票等，就算100K/year好了。15年后为294k/year，4年算上8%的递
增率总花销为1.33M。22岁以后结婚，生子，买房等总要打点一些，算一共2M好了。为
