，房租每月$900，电费与网络费用三人平摊，另外在入住时有一个半月的押金（$1350
）。室内自带洗衣机和烘干机，另外由于处在整个大楼的一楼，所以我们拥有属于自己
房间的小花园，花园正对Hudson河，景色极好。而且房间的挑高将近4米，这在美国的
公寓楼里面是不常见的。楼里面有24小时的非常友好的门卫，更有免费的健身房和露天
的游泳池（夏天开放），还有一片bbq的区域。这个building距离path站步行需要8分钟
左右，我们现在有两个人，都是NYU的PHD学生，都不吸烟，不养宠物。我们希望你是一
个易于相处的人，最好也不要抽烟，不要养宠物。入住时间9月10号以前。

Easthampton是Newport最新的四栋楼之一。这里社区环境挺不错的，干净整洁，又有

距离WTC只有12分钟，33rd street 约22分钟。
附近有超市（C-TOWN）距离一个block。
空气很好，阳光充足，家在house3楼，出租一个安静的卧室，

Shore Club是2007年新建的Condo， 是NEWPORT中几十个高层中仅有新建的Condo。
Shore Club与公寓比，建造标准，物业管理，维护状况远好。户型更大。我的两居室是
1335sqf，比公寓大200sqf。有Walk-in closet。屋内有Washer/Dryer。木地板，
granite countertop, 高级厨房设施 (gas cooking)。浴室有分别的淋浴和浴缸。层高
