1. 关于税费，美国没有契税印花税等类目，只有总共6%的中介费，是卖家承担。过户
的title费用一般只要200～300（如果是贷款买，那就费用多了。全款没有这么多费用
）
2. 不需要护照，也不需要出国，只要有国内大银行的存款证明即可（我用的招行的，
但是工农中建也一样ok）
3. 地税也没有传说中的恐怖，基本上我看过这么多房子，几乎没有超过1000年税的，
基本上1个月租金就足以交一年的税。

从此我就喜欢上凤飞飞的歌了。
非常简单的歌词，非常简单的旋律，

让我敬佩，让我敬仰。
《掌声响起》是凤飞飞自己最喜欢的歌。
但是我认为《我是一片云》才是最体现

从 1965 年 7 月起，由苏联人操作的 SA-2 导弹开始被部署在北越地区。为了对
抗这种性能极佳的地对空导弹，美国飞行员不得不降低飞行高度，其结果使他们更容易
被北越人民空军灵巧 米格-17 型战斗机拦截。到了该年年底，随着拥有 2.0 马赫级速
度和发射空对空导弹能力的 米格-21F-13 拦截机开始进入北越空军服役，越南人和美
国人在北越上空冲突的紧张程度被推向一个新的高度。而到了 1966 年的 4 月，北越
空军甚至拥有了更新式的 米格-21PF 型截击机。

麻雀I型
麻雀导弹始于1940年代后期，当时美国海军计划发展一种可被导引的空对空火箭。美国
海军在1947年委托Sperry研发一种使用乘波导引版本、直径5英寸（127毫米）的标准空
用火箭（HVAR）。这个武器被划分为热点计划（Project Hotshot）的一部分。最初使
用KAS-1的编号，之后更改为AAM-2，最后在1948年改为AAM-N-2。弹体由道格拉斯设计
，由于HVAR直径仅5英寸的弹体无法容纳所需电子设备，弹体被增至8英寸（203毫米）
。麻雀导弹原型在1952年首次成功拦截目标。
经过长时间的研发后，编号AAM-N-2的麻雀导弹于1956年开始服役，装备在F3H-2M
Demon和F7U Cutlass上。相对于后续型号，麻雀I型更具流线感，外型和子弹相仿，拥
有一个细长的弹头。
麻雀I型是尚未实用化的武器，性能受限且相当原始。乘波导引必须由光学装置识别和
