观察员是干什么的？
SDAAFE的设想架构中，有大量的观察员岗位，包括学区、City、County和State各
个级别的观察员，这些观察员的主要工作和目标是什么呢？
SDAAFE这个组织设立的目标是希望集合我们亚裔尤其是华裔新移民群体的力量，大
家一起参政议政，希望在未来几年的时间内能逐渐在各个领域发出我们自己的声音。观
察员岗位就是为了这个目标而设置的。如果说我们作为一个群体以前在美国政治生活中
的状态是“盲人”，那么观察员们将是我们一双双睁开的“眼睛”，只有在“眼睛”完

我们真的可以改变！！！
2014年4月25日，Deer Canyon的校长（隶属于Poway学区）给学生家长发通知，即将在
2014－2015学年从TK到5年级全面启动iPAD教学，要求家长在自带iPAD、购买iPAD、
Lease iPAD、学校提供iPAD四个选项中进行选择。然而家长对孩子在学校用iPAD有健康
的顾虑，并且孩子每天带iPAD上学放学也存在安全的隐患，对学校的方案提出了反对。
在家长的激烈反对、请愿下，通过搜集petition、约谈校长、参加学区board meeting
讲话、约谈学区board member、寻求法律援助等方式，成功地于2014年5月22日迫使该
学校校长暂停该计划。Thanks God！只要我们参与，我们不放弃，我们真的可以改变！
！！
这是政治吗？是，这就是美国的政治，大事小事都可以拿出来议议。这事关乎我们的切

2. 沙滩排球。我会请带一个，其他人如果能贡献几个练习球更好。
3. 若天热带准备墨镜、防晒油、有鞋带儿的凉鞋防沙子太烫。

foot chase. The shooting happened around 2:20 Wednesday afternoon.
Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn says two police officers noticed a drug

Street）, 我们先饱餐了一顿，6.99点了三菜盒饭：菜椒斑腩鱼，辣子鸡和香炸牛肉丝
，吃的很撑。然后买了酸梅汤，芒果汁等饮料，看到有各式冷盘，要了香糟螺肉，红油
肚丝，卤素鸡，麻辣带子。可以夹在面包里吃好几天。顺便拿了几个日本水晶梨。此后
我们在公园里基本上白天就是吃这些，晚上去麦当劳，8.49刀 diner for two。每天店
伙计都看我们拿着coupon 。
沿着16街也就是加拿大1号公路开到市区。去Mountain Equipment Coop （830 10th）
采购登山用品。 这是加拿大最大体育用品商店，和美国REI，Dick’s差不多。店里人
头挤挤。买了lake o’hara等高线地形图，一本别在落基山浪费时间的hiking 指南，
紧急防寒毯子，指南针，白天黑夜两用反光镜，急救包，熊铃和bear spray。Bear
spray有23刀和33刀的，我们拿了便宜的，可以喷9分钟。有效射程5米。上面说可以单
手操作，但是我发现打开保险卡件非得双手不可，喷出烟雾是黄色的，搞到手上很疼 |
