I haven't tested my max since July 2014 and am pretty happy with this:

Are you still following RTS program? |

s***r 发帖数: 358 | 6 Thanks! Not anymore. After training the the RTS GIP program for three cycles
, I came to realize that this program employed a lot of variations of the
main lifts that weren't necessarily best for my strength level. I believed
that I would need more practice of the 3 main lifts at this stage. So I came

when you are hitting hard on the three main lifts.
I just finished the RTS GIP program. My squat and bench went up. Deadlift

the same program just to switch out some assistant lifts.
What do you think? Is it a good idea to do the same program until it doesn't
work anymore?

period, your lifts will go up.
I've made great gains while following the GIP program. I got my first 3
plate squat, and first 4 plate deadlift while following this program. Most
importantly the auto-regulation concept I learned along the way is
invaluable to my training.
