it's an interesting group. one guy finished 37 consecutive nyc marathons and will run his 38th this year. another guy finished leadville sub 20hr last year. learnt some good tips from him.

3. 材料：全部收走
(1) Application form，现场拿
(2) 护照及两份复印件（要复印首页、visa页和I-94页）

Application form上会写需要bank statement & employee letter，但实际没要。

，收到总共六万美金的海外汇款，其中的五万 是妈妈从中国寄来的， 一万现金是哥哥
从澳洲汇来的，他需要报税吗，或需要向国税局申报吗？我给这个客人的答案是不用。
根据2008年六月十七日公布的国际税法，美国纳税人若收到十万以上 的海外
现金汇款，并且是由非美国纳税人从海外寄出，作为礼物送给美国纳税人。这笔十万以
上的现金汇款，则需要在每年的报税季节，由美国纳税人填写3520表向国税局申报。若
此类礼金汇款是由外国的公司或机构寄出去的非个人行为，礼金达到$13，258以上，美
国收款纳税人，即亦需填写3520表申报。 3520税表是由国税局（IRS）制定的，也是
每年报一次，与1040年终个人税表的申请时间相同，但是3520表不是1040税表的一部分
，需要单独填写申报。
所以，我们亦可以将3520表称作礼金申请表，每年报一次。若被发现未填
、误填的申请表，国税局会依情罚款，其罚金大约为每月收取未报外汇礼金的5%，但是
总罚款不会超过未报 外汇礼金 的25%。
