第一个：08年的，2900尺，469k,5bed,4bath.
优点：
1, 南北朝向
2，房子外观和内部结构都非常喜欢。
3，后院已经建设好了，很符合我们的要求，自己做的话，应该要1-2万。
4，前屋主是很decent的人，好像是律师，家里保养的很好，下班时间我们开车转了一
下，邻居看起来也不错。
缺点：
1，厨房countertop稍微差点，想换掉，另外厨房油漆颜色不喜欢。
2，一楼是地砖和地板，楼梯往上都是地毯，而且养了宠物。lz家有小宝宝，而且一直
不喜欢地毯。想把二楼的地毯都换成地板。
第二个：新房，7月份刚盖好，2900尺，485k，4bed，3bath。
优点：
1. 厨房，一楼及二楼卧室很满意。
2，房子外观及前后院size很满意。
缺点：
1，东西朝向
2, 楼梯有点怪，分成三段，上去以后围着楼梯有三面墙，一面墙旁边是开放式空间，
可以做书房，另外两面墙跟房子的外墙形成两个过道。过道通向两个房间。反正就是很
不通透，所以即使跟前面的房子面积相当，看着却显得小家子气，这是我最大的不满。
3，左右房子都没卖掉，不知道未来邻居什么样。

唯一的不足是空调13年了，还能用，GARAGE DOOR好像都不太好用。
房子还没有挂牌，后面还有很多SHOW的，我FULL OFFER一举拿下，带着AGENT
当场看了就跟卖家签约了，后面的就不SHOW了，今天已经ESCROW了。

location不错，出租应该没有问题。但是我觉得5室房子出租可能不好找租客，毕竟需
要5室的租客不多。而且租金较贵。我想把房子改造一下，一楼二楼分开出租，一楼是4
室两浴，二楼是比较大的一个主卧加浴室，改造后和一楼从不同的entry door进。两家
基本不会碰面。二楼只租单身租客，一楼租一个家庭，但是我不知道这样的房子，一楼
的租客会不会介意，毕竟租4室的一般都是有孩子的，好处是，分开租，两家的租金都
会便宜一点。

中没碰上，不过他家房子质量感觉是最好的，那个抽屉面板还特意锯了个洞，让我们看
材料。另外两个BUILDER加一块，就一块地可用，还是路冲。说是三个现房，其中只有
一个是现房，两个还是准现房，两准现房还都靠小区主干道，房子密封性倒是挺好的，
屋里不吵，可是一上院子就吵了。
