we do not have answer so far"
本来我写的是 Metmuseum〉5 hr,Museum of Natural History >4 hr,后来想既然是短
期游，估计没多少时间去museum，就把met 的改成了3hr，Museum of Natural History
的忘了改。
希望大家多提改进建议。 |

the center of Pennsylvania, I don't think there's a lot of stuff around it,
but PSU main campus is a party school, you'll get partied out in no time.

Hilltop 在Rancho Penasquitos呀,
有很多亭子,每个里面有3张圆桌,旁边还有BBQ炉子.然后有适合从1岁到99岁人玩的东西
,特别赞的是它的playground上有带大伞,小朋友玩也不会太晒,个人觉得是最适合开
party 的地方.而且也没见过收parking fee,

各个公司具体规定不同，有的有minimum 3hr限制，很多不含材料费(wrapping, box,
tape etc.)，有规定说路上再近也最少算半小时，也有不按时间按件数算的（记得不便
宜就是了）。 |

这么说吧，即使我们每天在路上，哪怕十年前买在高点的房子也翻了一倍。大家少说起
码有1米的equity吧？把HELOC做了，现在上班就是为了医疗保险。
在过几年付完了，小孩去读大学了。房子就可以长租短租。那HELOC也可以趁经济不好
再买个。自己downsize游山玩水去也。
如果是交通房准好学区屋，那更不可能花3hr/day.
我们死都不卖，让我们的崽子继承我们房子的property tax base。有 prop 13保护，
不怕地产税涨到天上去。
我们死也不卖。继续压缩inventory。

拿上来发图，但素，包子们的诱惑太强烈啦，偶看到它们招小手就忍不住啦～～～于是
顶锅盖发图，轻拍呐～～
凉拌西兰花
卤素鸡，白干和鸡蛋，介个火上卤两个小时，然后连汤汁一起放冰箱里浸泡一两天，就
比较入味道啦，现吃现切～～
烤蛋白霜，Meringue～～偶很爱的甜点啦～～
简单的方子：
1. 蛋白2个加3勺糖打发至硬性发泡；
2. 摆成大片在烤盘上，随手调出一点纹路；
3. 150F烤3hrs, 荫凉处摆放20min待蛋白霜凉透；
4. 上铺芝士奶油creme fraiche, 蜂蜜和柳橙皮；
偶木有柳橙皮咯，就只用了前两种～～～偶铺完了不好看，就不上最后的图啦～～ |

times and go up to the hills on west side. My guess is 2.5 to 3hrs. I don'
t think it is difficult. There is really no difficult hiking trail in
Austin. With that being said, this is not for little kids or grandparents.
If you are interested, you can google "lost creek austin". There should be

如果是这样的话，那他们parts黑得太厉害了。Power steering pump，AAP也就卖$76,
还有30的core charge可以退。Rockauto上面最贵的也就两百吧。
现在我的问题是，有没有必要再跑去sunoco那个韩国人那里做一遍？
今天刚好要去Columbia那边，于是约了一家city-data上面老外们推荐做车检的车行叫D
obbin Auto Repair，说是很honest不会乱搞。我的车子是01年140k的老车。
结果被无情的fail了，毛病大概有一半是suspension吧，另外一半是power steering和
一些莫名其妙的东西。下面是他们列的repair，因为关门前才做完检查所以没来得及估
价，但是伙计很囧地跟我粗粗估计一下说是至少要1500。

。唯一的缺点是$299应该是包括16尺的车，可是来的车似乎没有16尺，我的东西倒是一
趟就搬完了，东西多的搞不好要搬两趟那就不划算了，路上来回时间长，3小时肯定搞
不定。
