第（1）个例子master+3yr当然符合EB2
第（4）个例子master+2yr OR bachelor+4yr不能算EB2。因为后一个要求不满足
bachelor+5yr的EB2要求。
文章根本没讨论EB2是否能降到EB3，而且这文章肯定很早了，并不是针对最近这种情况
