发帖数: 1914 | 40 拼完上马，左膝彻底伤掉，12月3、4、5号完全呆着床上无法走路。6号换上装备，拖着
伤膝，跑了5.6km，用时42m:44s，配速只有7:37 min/km，疼痛让双腿根本无法发力。7
号，5.20km，用时34m:31s，配速6:38 min/km。看来6号的慢跑并没有加重伤情，原来
，伤病并不一定要躺在床上静养，这是一个巨大的鼓舞。
8号因为空气重度污染，停跑一天。9号，我将慢跑的距离加长到10km，时间1h:04m:08s
，配速已经可以达到6:10 min/km，左膝似乎只是微痛，并无加重迹象。一直到15号，
连续7天，每天用差不多的速度完成10km，左膝越跑越好。
这期间，相继了解到了跑友二姑娘晶晶、腾博的跑步事迹，知道了MAF训练法，了解到
平时训练的慢也能带来比赛时的快，伤病并不是大跑量高强度训练的必然后果。既然慢
跑也可以大幅度提高成绩，既然每年4千、5千公里的跑量都可以不受伤，何乐而不为？
着手查找MAF训练的资料，这里要感谢网友一抹蓝，帮我找了很多MAF训练的讯息和计划。
