面有个BONUSROOM， 一共4200SF， 05年70W成交的， 后来REFINANCE到68W， 今年8月
开始卖62W,现在58W， 我们出了OFFER 55W， 今天REALTOR来电话说是需要开始
ATTORNEY REVIEW， 不大清楚SHORTSALE的流程， 请大家出个主意， 看这个房子值不
值得等， 是不是DEAL。
我们想银行1个月之内给APPROVAL， 要不然就不要， 是不是太短了？
我个人觉得房子有点太大了， 打扫起来不方便， 但是同类型的房子小的差不多也要
50W出， 还有一个问题是厨房没有抽油烟机， 得自己装。 |

comparable to the Stocklemeir part of 94087. Both Elementary and Middle
school >900 API. High school is 822, better than the Fremont High in eastern
section of 94087. |

LOL. I highly doubt it. Cupertino schools are filled with dark-skinned
Indians. Never a fan of Indian girls.
On the contrary, boys can meet really hot white girls in south San Jose. In
that aspect, Cupertino loses big time. Any place other than Cupertino has
less Indians. |

我09年买的new house 2400sf，high celling family room living room open to top
. 当时价格17万。今年刚买的新建4200sf，hign celling 价格31万。99号东边的房子
太老且价格也不便宜。到katy还是买新房吧。 |
