付邮递员工资了，连付汽油费都不购。但是邮局不能私自涨价，这个得国会批准，
而涨价选民们又不答应。
UPS, Fedex一般运送比较贵重的，大批量的东西比较靠谱，但是价格也贵。
送银行帐单，水电帐单，贺卡什么的，总不能都交给私营公司吧？你打算一封信付几美元
邮费？所以邮局这种单位，本来就是带一定福利性质的，国家还是得出钱养着。 |

在邮局排队能把人急死。有一次排队买一些10c, 5c的邮票，他娘的一个黑人
在那里墨迹了至少20分钟才找齐了出来。这么低效率的人也能在里面干活，
不亏本就见鬼了。
还有，在居民区设立一些mailbox，能省下大量的车辆和汽油的损耗。
开着邮车一家一户的投递44c的信件，cost那是相当的巨大。
不过懒惰的美国人肯定不会答应的。 |
