不牛,体会就是要认真但不紧张(但要适度装紧张,见后文).
今年4月初婆婆来帮忙带我家1岁的宝宝共在这边两个半月。
我开始改很久以前的简历，上了几个社区的workshop关于简历和找工作。挺有用。然后
4月中简历放网上(monster, inside, careerbuilder)，找朋友refer,正式开始找工作
了。
刚开始不少recruiter电话，但是进入下一轮的不多。总结就是把自己简历上的东西要
很流利的说出来，都整明白。那时每周都有三四个电面。
将近两三个周的时候，基本能答好电面了。其间复习总结面试并修改简历（简历一直到
面试最后都在改，有10个多版本）。
面了几个朋友refer的公司, 都没成,不好意思(可能后来面的话会希望大一些)。然后边
电面边看了programming interview exposed和career cup 150.

But to some point, you will have to lock your rate to get the loan doc out.
Usually you need locking your rate 7-10 days before COE to provide enough
time for closing.
If 45days can't close, that means something wrong in the processing. |

(2) 6/21 executes P&S agreement
(3) loan commitment at 8/2/13
(4) closing at 8/16/13
Does loan commitment means the loan approval date? If that is the case, I
need 45days for the loan lock.
All these dates make sense? Seems make sense to me,

基本情况如下：
1. base salary: 85k
2. relocation: 实报实销+1.5k (45days temporary housing)
3. sign-up bonus: 15k at beginning, 10k after one year
4. stock unit award: 750 shares. (first year: 5%; second year:15%; then 20%
every 6 months)
5. 401k：公司match 2% of total eligibale pay.
6. vacation: 2 paid weeks for the first year; 3 paid weeks after one year.
我对这个offer 已经比较满意了。不过如果能negotiate一下最好：）
如果要negotiate,从哪个方面出击比较好？Base salary是不是最难谈的地方？
我下个星期会有另外一个onsite,可不可以告诉recruiter |
