刚从la来这个鸟地方1月，气候和生活不便利等有所耳闻，不顺心的小事就不足挂齿了
，但恐怖事件真让人心惊胆颤，已遇上2起了,
1 2周前晚上开车在46st和indiana ave,方圆500米见不到车和人，在一bus stop 附近
突现3名小黑，另有3名小黑在斜对面横冲马路拦截孤零零的小车，避让不及，车右前胎
冲上露肩当场暴毙，回头看，2小黑尾随小破车，停下看看小车受伤程度的意念立即取
消， 咬牙坚持开车伤车近2miles,幸见一卖鸡翅的快餐店还开车门，赶紧开到店门口停
下，躲进店里call AAA帮换backup tires.
2 1周前中午开车在UIC campus附近， tylor &hastled 拐角处在tylor上， 绿灯， 等
对向车绿灯左转后我开始右转到hastled, 前轮刚过人行道，转20度， 突然从右方窜出
1滑板小黑， 在车前方擦了一下， |

发帖数: 529 | 2 想在queens或曼哈顿自己租一套one bedroom apartment,请问怎么找？最好能是7号沿
线的，elmhurst也行。
看见7号沿线，40st, 46st,52st那几站下车后沿路都有很多大片的比较高层的
apartment building,那些都是怎么能租到？会很贵么？

发帖数: 529 | 3 Sunnyside大大单房一间，位于48St上面，离开7号线46St站咫尺之遥，出门非常方便，
二十分钟不到就可到达曼哈顿
房间面积逾两百尺，二十平米有余，足够放下Queen size的床，电视柜，书桌等等，除
此之外容纳一架双人沙发依然绰绰有余
building内部有洗衣房，二十四小时开放，非常便利，让人很有安全感
室友是两位非常nice的女孩子，都在曼哈顿上班，平常有空的话会聚餐一下，室友关系
十分融洽
唯一的不足可能是没有closet，但是之前的室友会把衣柜留下，这一点也不会成为太大
的问题
月租金$1,000，包含如下utility：热水，冬天的暖气，cooking gas。其余的费用会和
室友一起平摊。如果入住的话需要一个月的security，这是整个大楼的管理委员会决定
的，每位房客都必须缴纳
希望招租的室友是一位安静，整洁的单身人士，学生或者工作人士都可以，偏好女性，
男性亦可
应该说在这个区域这样的屋子性价比还是非常高的，整个neightbourhood比较安静，前
往华人聚居区的Elmhurst或者Flushing都有地铁直达，非常方便，之前几个室友也经常

宽将尽管1 米. 地理位置好,在46st,RVG 地铁沿线,走至住处,约10分钟.到中城20分钟,
很安全.周围有Trade Fair, 中国超市,laundry.6月7日可以入住,至少一个月,最好是女

This is our third trip to NYC with kids. MET is the main reason for us to
go NYC this time after going to National gallery of art for years.
