加州一条公路16日上演警匪追逐大战，30辆警车浩浩荡荡狂追两名抢劫犯。
这两名被追逐的持械分子当天早上抢劫了加州阿祖萨一个射击场，并偷走了多件枪
支，其中包括高性能来复枪。
作案成功后，两名男子驾驶一辆白色小卡车迅速逃离现场，随后警方出动，展开大
追逐。最后两名逃窜嫌犯的卡车车胎意外被一个钉子扎坏，两人被迫投降。据悉，在这
次行动中没人受伤。

01:03am, 停车到靠近South Kaibab Trailhead的picnic parking；
01:28am，South Kaibab Trailhead出发；必须说，整个Kaibab Trail，都是我最不喜
欢的那种徒步道路，用木头和石头砌成一个个隔断，人徒步就像跑障碍赛，很难控制节
奏，对脚和膝盖负担沉重；
04:13am，穿过山洞，看到科罗拉多河桥就在眼前；去Phantom Ranch的路上，遭遇两个
鹿群；
05:13am，离开Phantom Ranch往North Kaibab Trail；
08:05am，Cottonwood Campground小歇时遇到Sanny等4员女将；
11:47am，到达North Kaibab Trailhead；
12:40pm，开始折返；途中遇到SD来的两个同学，但错过了纽约来的同学；
17:30pm（左右），回到Phantom Ranch；想补充食物未果，餐厅开到下午四点关门，然
后到晚8点再开；
18:15pm，离开Phantom Ranch往South Kaiba |

从09年6月开始减肥断断续续的开始跑步，到12年4月终于跑完Boston Marathon,
用时3年不到，还是感觉很不错的.
这回虽然收获PW一枚，但是似乎没啥hard feeling,相比去年中跑的San Diego
Rock&Roll, 这回算是跑得非常舒服的一次了. 回顾一下我跑过的四个全马：
2010/10 Toronto Marathon 首马，当时因为要去Toronto办事，无意中挑了一个
course,天气都不错的比赛. 虽然第一次全马，中间也岔气，抽筋，非常痛苦，但最后
达到了自己预想的目标，还是很高兴的. 这次也拼得非常狠，以至于恢复用了很长的时
间.
2011/06 San Diego Rock&Roll 二马，这个比赛可能算最痛苦的一个了，准备这个
比赛用了30周，train得也非常狠，一周2次hard run+周末long run, 20+迈long
跑了20来个，最后天气比较热，小腿抽得一踏糊涂，中间就觉得完不成比赛，最后奇迹般
的坚持下来，居然还PR了, 但比预期差得太远，跑完很是沮丧了一阵子.

close fee，但是65K点从大农村直接回成都，才转两次机）。中间有一段是在多伦多
YYZ机场转机。我仔细阅读了小狐狸版主“关于加拿大转机的问题”一帖，很有用（http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t0/Travel/31465579.html）。
具体的Itinerary：
RDU(7:00am) -> YYZ(8:47am), operated by AIR CANADA EXPRESS - JAZZ.
YYZ(12:35pm) -> PVG (4:00pm+1day), Operated by Air Canada
我对比了一下加航免签证的要求和机票的itinerary，所有条件都符合，中国护照有效
，I-20还在有效期；只是在有效的美国签证一条上存疑惑，因为美国签证去年8月就过
期了。

Q1: Is the subject still under sunlight for the 3rd shot?
Q2: Is this a typical setting to shoot photos at your home?
Q3: Is two 580ex full power direct towards a baby a typical setting for a
regular joe?
I told my typical setting at home earlier, 430ex II, half of full power
output, bounce to ceiling. I see no impact to my children whatsoever in this
setting.

If/when FreedomPop charges you 7.99/month, complain to them - not in Dealsea
comments. I complained to them, they refunded my 7.99 and changed my
