1. stock. You don't need to pay short-term or long term capital gain tax. So
trade as frequently as you can although I would advise against such
practice because most likely you'll be speculating instead of investing by
turning over stock quickly. You also pay fees each time you buy or sell
stock.
2. stock and etf which pay divident. You don't need to pay divident tax in
Roth accounts.

1. No, stock is relatively tax efficient, especially long-term ones.
2. Why do you specifically say Roth? Roth and Traditional are the same, both
pay tax once. The only difference is the tax rate now vs. later. So
anything you say about Roth must apply equally to Traditional accounts.
