日本首相安倍晋三25日访华得到了北京当局的高规格接待，中共对日外交策略的改变引
起外界关注。当天，中共党媒《环球时报》发表了一篇社评，高调宣扬要重建中日友好
。文中公然将日本侵华时期汪精卫伪政府提倡的「共存共荣」阐述为当今中日关系的「
大原则」，令舆论界一片哗然。
据了解，《环时》10月25日发表的那篇招致舆论反弹的社评，以「中日社会需调整心理
重塑彼此认识」为主题，一反常态地开始「反省」过去紧张的中日关系。其文声称，「
中日最不该的是互相看不起，搞意气之争。」又称由于中日相互搞「远交近攻」，导致
「原本一般的冲突就能演化成双方的严重对立，事事都能上升到国运和国家尊严的高度
」云云。
然后这篇社评宣称，「在确立了彼此尊重和共存共荣的大原则后，中日就容易和而不同
了。」
接着，这篇社评又罕见承认「日本从技术更新到精细管理，有很多值得中国长期学习的
优点。」甚至声称「中国身边有一个日本这样的规模不很大、但精致程度却很高的国家
，是很不错的一件事。」
该文并声称，中国社会应该「克制对日本复活军国主义的想像」，不要总是拿日本可能

40周+1天的时候还在版上发文担心催产，第二天（以下时刻只是大概估计）：
4：45AM bloody show；
随后不规律腹痛，像闹肚子，后来得知其实是宫缩；
9：00AM 宫缩达到10-15分钟一次，强度时强时弱，电话至医院，医院要求在宫缩达到5
分钟一次时再联系；
1：00PM 宫缩达到5分钟一次，医院要求在强度能忍受范围内最好在家中等待；
2：30PM 宫缩达到3-4分钟一次，医院终于同意接受；
3：00PM 到达医院后护士内检发现已开5指，同时破水发生；
3：20PM 麻醉师大人驾到，手法非常熟练，几乎感觉不到扎针，很快的痛苦消除，同时
双腿还保持有感觉。由于之前也不是每次宫缩都特别痛，还没有体会到地狱就到了天堂
。：）麻醉剂量开到8（按照我的体重为最小），所以宫缩非常强烈时还有所感觉，同
时还可以自己peepee，不需要导尿管（护士说95%的人都需要）
6：30PM 开7指
8：10PM 仍然是7-8指，护士咨询当班OB后上催产素
9：30PM 再一次内检，护士惊讶的发现已经10指全开，可以开始push。之前没有吃什

有点冷,穿了hoodies 和wind pants
原来计划是start slow在9:00的pace, 结果发现大家跑得都很快,就跟着一起,大概是8:
30的pace.
第一圈前6.5miles感觉不错,很有余力.
然后发现老毛病又开始了,右脚脚底开始疼.
平时跑到8mile就会开始,今天差不多. 沿着湖边跑的时候,冻土很不平整,脚更疼了.
回到水泥地上好了. 不过湖边的pace慢下来了很多.

敢地活下去，跑下去。
简单写一下比赛过程，作为对跑版的回报。
赛前赛后腐败聚会通通省略5000字。
进入corral 7，没找到鱼哥和wutou，于是就自个儿穿到了尽量靠前。枪响起跑，4分钟
整时才过起点线，因为我前面有6000多qualifying时间比我快的高手！乌泱泱一片快马
在你前面慢奔还是相当壮观的。
这次比赛跟往常一样是按照预定pace来跑的，不同的是这次的pace band更高级，不是
even pace，而是按照course坡度来customize的。我的pace band就是在下面这个网页
里填上2:59:59算出来的。

pace band就说了，第一迈跑7:04，但事实是想跑这么快都是不可能的事情，因为前面
的快马挡着你的路，根本快不了。大约跑了4迈左右才达到了pace band的pace和时间总
