政府 11% 下调稀土Quota, 我想大概这波1,2 礼拜, fundamental 不知是否可称
4billon market cap. 感觉要south (2weeks).

It has cash 4Billon euro to burn, and can last 4 quarters even with burning
rate 1B/Q as the last one.
So for short term, it should be safe IMO.
