Never use it on paved road or even 2nd gear, it is sort of L4.

VTM-4 helps you when you are stuck.
subaru's X-mode is sort of L4WD without diff lock. That is a joke.

每个车厂叫不同名字的，无所谓，刚看了一下，honda的VTM-4在车子启动的时候是四个
轮子发力的，打滑时候后轮也有力。VTM-4 lock了以后四个轮子同时有力，直到18 mph。
我以前的Infiniti G 四驱model也是差不多的，启动时候4个轮子发力，超过35mph变成
后驱，打滑时候前轮kick in，但是G有个snow mode，调低了throttle的开关，并且变
成4WD到更高的速度，雪地里开基本无压力。。。 |

你要不越野，就是公路上对付雨雪路滑的那是全时四驱，一般豪华车才有，平价车里只

其它普通车那种awd基本都是适时四驱，就是on demand的，平时正常跑是两驱，某些时
候变成四驱，是四驱系统里性能最差的那种，优点是成本低 |
