个人情况:TOP 10 CS PHD +4yr. 我现在在一个中型的公司，职位是sr. staff。 上面
是director A, 年龄》60岁，但不想退休,也没有什么想法，很懒惰，天天在公司炒股
。再上面是VP B，不到45，年轻，很有气魄，很想 做到CTO.到现在这工作两年多了,
当时是冲着VP来的，对这个leader很钦佩（两个都是白人）。 后来队伍壮大把我
assign给 director A. 我个人很尊重A,但是实在太懒，觉得大家只要是作到本职工作
，不被公司fire/layoff旧好，不求进步，组里新招的fresh graduate 也都发展的不好
，一个老中，一个老印 （此二人是好朋友），都每天上班6小时，然后觉得公司真实好
啊,其实什么也没有真正学到。目前B下面40人，除了A手下的组其他group都发展的很好
。人数也都扩张了很多。其他组的同事觉得我们group日子过的真好啊。但也私下说我

Eb2 Perm job states: advance degree. fact: advance degree = bachelor + 5yrs
experience
Eb3 Perm states: bachelor + 0,1,2,3,4
如果以上EB3都可以理解为require minimum of bachelor degree的话。
那么bachelor +5 是不是也可以理解为require minimum of bachelor degree?
如果只承认bachelor degree是最低标准，一刀切，是不是bachelor +1，2，3 or 4yrs
的工作就没有visa可以申请了？ |

是符合EB2标准的。
第（1）个例子master+3yr当然符合EB2
第（4）个例子master+2yr OR bachelor+4yr不能算EB2。因为后一个要求不满足
bachelor+5yr的EB2要求。
文章根本没讨论EB2是否能降到EB3，而且这文章肯定很早了，并不是针对最近这种情况
写出来的。

I also took airport train to city. It is good for you to take a rest

Shopped around, price for extended warranty varies. This was several years
ago cannot remember exact amount but costed me around $900 to extend the
